How will I receive my purchase?
After completing the purchase, you will find a PDF File with a link that will allow you to access the folders containing the prints. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. For any issues, feel free to contact us!
Can I get a refund for digital products?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, such as corrupted files, incomplete downloads, or compatibility problems, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Do I need special software to use your digital products?
No, you don’t need any special software to use our digital products! Most of our files are provided in standard formats like PDF, JPG, or PNG, which can be opened and printed using commonly available programs such as Adobe Reader, Preview (Mac), or even your web browser.
I’m having trouble downloading the files. What should I do?
Ensure you’re using a stable internet connection. If the problem persists, contact us, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Can I gift digital products to someone else?
You can gift a digital product by entering the recipient’s email at checkout. Be sure they agree to the terms and conditions, as the files are for their use only.
Can I edit your designs for personal use?
Yes, as long as the edits are for your personal use only. Redistribution of the edited files is not allowed.
